Role Summary/Purpose:

Are you a highly skilled PAM Engineer with extensive experience in Delinea Secret Server, Server Suite, and Delinea Just Enough Privilege (JEP)? We want to hear from you! Join us to manage and enhance our privileged access management infrastructure. In this role, you will install, configure, and maintain PAM platforms, integrate various IT systems—including ServiceNow and databases—with the PAM vault, and support secure credential management processes.

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include providing technical leadership, strategic support, and guidance across our PAM program. As a technical leader, you will mentor engineers, influence the PAM roadmap direction, drive standardization and automation, and work with stakeholders to align PAM capabilities with enterprise security and business objectives.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and maintain the Delinea Secret Server, Server Suite, and JEP.
• Integrate a variety of IT systems, applications, and network devices with the PAM vault, including databases and ServiceNow.
• Support the management, vaulting, and rotation of privileged credentials across integrated platforms.
• Troubleshoot PAM system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with network, security, and application teams for seamless PAM integration and compliance.
• Provide on-call support for PAM system availability and promptly respond to incidents.
• Monitor PAM system health and apply patches and upgrades as needed.
• Document system configurations, integrations, and incident resolution reports.

Technical Leadership, Strategic Vision & Guidance:
• Provide guidance and oversight to engineers supporting Delinea platforms and integrations.
• Partner with security leadership to support the PAM strategic vision and roadmap planning.
• Lead design and review of complex PAM solutions, including architecture decisions and integration approaches.
• Drive operational maturity through standardized processes and procedures.
• Identify opportunities for automation and self-service to enhance efficiency.
• Lead or support major initiatives such as platform upgrades and new capabilities.
• Provide technical mentorship through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Own and improve key operational outcomes such as SLA performance and incident reduction.
• Ensure PAM implementations meet policy requirements for security and compliance.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline preferred; minimum 8 years relevant experience will be considered as well.
• 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on Identity & Access Management (IAM) and security controls.
• Proven experience with Delinea PAM solutions.
• Hands-on experience integrating diverse solutions with PAM vaults.
• Strong knowledge of privileged credential lifecycle management and best practices.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and ability to influence decisions.
• Experience with out-of-the-box PAM integrations and customization.
• Familiarity with managing firewall requests and collaborating with teams.
• Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and scripting tasks.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to travel for business as required.

This position offers a salary range of $135,000.00 – $230,000.00 USD annually, plus eligibility for an annual bonus based on performance. Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro, and Seattle.

Our Way of Working:

We offer flexibility in your work environment. You may choose to work from home near one of our hubs or come into the office for team meetings and events. You will be required to commute to your nearest hub for any in-person engagements.

Eligibility Requirements:
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be willing to undergo a drug test and background check.
• Must be eligible as per Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
