Focused on supporting identity and access management operations, the full-time IAM Specialist – PAM will manage user access provisioning, access certification campaigns, and privileged access management controls, with the flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid model from the Lincoln, RI office. Key responsibilities Implement, configure, and maintain Identity and Access Management platforms, ensuring optimal access provisioning and recertification Lead the installation and upgrade of CyberArk components across various environments and manage the health of CyberArk services Coordinate access recertification campaigns and administer user access provisioning in accordance with established IAM policies Required qualifications Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of relevant experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or a related field Deep expertise in IAM, including access provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and privileged access management, preferably with CyberArk Experience with object-oriented programming and scripting in languages such as Java, Python, SQL, or PowerShell Hands-on experience utilizing AI and large language models (LLMs) for process automation and operational efficiency Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
