What You’ll Do
• Serve as a technical expert and critical thinker in the field of cybersecurity, driving innovative solutions.
• Leverage cutting-edge approaches in cybersecurity to craft tailored solutions for clients.
• Act as a change agent, facilitating organizational shifts and onboarding teams to implement new cybersecurity processes and tools.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, establishing strong relationships with various stakeholders and existing security teams.

You’re Good At:
• Understanding the intersection of technology and business strategy, including cybersecurity implications.
• Analyzing and translating cybersecurity standards and regulations into actionable recommendations for clients.
• Communicating complex technical concepts clearly and succinctly, focusing on business value.
• Implementing initiatives for cybersecurity transformation and cultural change.
• Conducting comprehensive cybersecurity assessments and developing strategic roadmaps.
• Crafting cybersecurity strategies, policies, and processes to safeguard infrastructure and customer data.
• Understanding data protection and privacy factors affecting organizations.
• Developing integrated cybersecurity strategies for technology vendors to enhance revenue and profitability.
• Engaging leadership through workshops to enhance cybersecurity awareness.
• Embedding security measures into development lifecycles, system designs, and IT architectures.
• Utilizing cyber risk quantification to enhance decision-making.
• Facilitating table-top exercises and delivering operational resilience strategies.

What You’ll Bring:
• 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting or management, leading teams of five or more across various sectors.
• A relevant bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information systems, business management, or related fields.
• Hands-on expertise in developing cybersecurity strategies, managing risks, leading assessments, and implementing programs.
• Broad knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and frameworks.
• A team-oriented attitude complemented by strong communication and analytical skills.
• Results-driven mindset with confidence and persuasive abilities.
• Proficiency in GenAI tools and demonstrated response validation.
• Fluency in written and spoken English, with a willingness to travel globally as needed for client projects.

For U.S. Applicants:

The base compensation for this role is $190,000. Additionally, you will be eligible for performance bonuses and retirement fund contributions.
