Cyber AWS AI Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation
Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation to support enterprise security initiatives that help organizations address business, technology, and risk priorities. This role will work across strategy, transformation, and implementation efforts to help clients strengthen security programs, improve operations, and enable business growth.

Work you’ll do
As a Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Enterprise Security team, you will be responsible for…
• Supporting the design and execution of enterprise security strategies, roadmaps, and transformation initiatives
• Assessing current-state security capabilities, identifying gaps, and developing recommendations aligned to business and technology objectives
• Contributing to client deliverables, including operating models, governance structures, process documentation, implementation plans, and executive presentations
• Coordinating with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support the delivery of security, risk, and compliance initiatives
• Managing workstream activities, project milestones, and issue tracking across multiple engagements

The team
Our Enterprise Security team helps organizations address security priorities across strategy, governance, transformation, and operations. The team works with clients to align security investments to business objectives, improve program maturity, and support enterprise-wide risk management.
Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, enterprise security, or technology risk
• 2+ years of experience supporting security strategy, security transformation, risk assessments, control design, or governance initiatives
• Experience with 1 or more of the following: identity and access management, cloud security, security governance, security operations, application security, data protection, or regulatory compliance
• Experience creating project deliverables such as roadmaps, process documentation, operating models, implementation plans, or executive presentations
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
• Experience in consulting or professional services
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale security transformation programs
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with security frameworks such as National Institute of Standards and Technology, International Organization for Standardization 27001, or Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies
• 1 or more security certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional, Certified Information Security Manager, Certified Information Systems Auditor, or Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge
• Experience working in regulated industries
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to New York and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $105,400 to $207,800.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
