In this role, you will act as the main contact for partners reporting cyber incidents, gathering essential information while coordinating efforts between internal and external stakeholders. Your expertise will ensure compliance with relevant regulations and foster improvements in cyber practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for reporting incidents
• Collect necessary information from partners on cyber matters
• Keep leadership informed and escalate issues promptly
• Work collaboratively to resolve cyber incidents
• Document incidents and promote lessons learned across teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
• 3-5 years of Information Security experience
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks
• Strong communication abilities
• Legal authorization to work in Canada
