Role Title: Training Specialist – Cybersecurity Awareness

Location: REMOTE

Position Type: 6 + month contract – good chance of long term extensions

Requirements

Training Specialists with strong background in cybersecurity awareness and behavior-based training who can bridge security, learning, and program execution. This individual should be able to evaluate vendor-provided content, align it to enterprise risk priorities, and drive measurable behavior change through structured training and assessment.

Key Skills & Qualifications
• Experience in cybersecurity awareness, human risk, or security behavior programs
• Background in behavior change or learning design
• Ability to align training to risk outcomes and business needs
• Experience designing surveys and measuring effectiveness

Key Responsibilities

Training Audit & Alignment
• Review internal security training and standards
• Audit vendor content and map it to audiences
• Identify gaps and adjust training program to target key behaviors

Program Planning & Design
• Build the full rollout plan across vendors and phases
• Curate the training modules and simulation library
• Structure baseline measurement and follow up testing

Deployment & Execution
• Conduct baseline testing with Technology Services & Privileged Users
• Launch core HRM training curriculum across vendors
• Coordinate communications, assignments, and rollout logistics
