Cyber Exploitation Instructor
Cyber Security
Peraton is seeking an experienced Cyber Exploitation Instructor whose responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Collaborate with other Cyber Exploitation Instructors to conduct needs assessments and strategic learning assessments.
Review existing instructor-led curriculum materials and recommend content to be transitioned to a blended-learning delivery method
Provide live instruction to adult learners on a government site on the use of cyber exploitation tools to derive meaningful analysis from cyber data.
Interview subject matter experts or conduct other research to develop instructional content.
Provide analytical support for the design and development of training curricula, learning strategies, educational policies, and courseware standards and obtain client approval.
Design instructional aids for stand-alone, or online use.
Assess effectiveness and efficiency of instruction according to ease of instructional technology use and student learning, knowledge transfer, and satisfaction. Review student feedback surveys and develop and implement course improvements to address feedback.

Minimum of 7 years with PhD
Demonstrated experience providing cyber exploitation instruction in a classroom setting.
Must be a US Citizen
Demonstrated experience using one or more course authoring tools (such as Adobe Captivate, Premier Elements, TechSmith Camtasia, Articulate, etc.)

$Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
