We are looking for an experienced professional to take on the role of Director of Identity and Access Management (IAM). This position focuses on hands-on execution and strong leadership. You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and daily management of our IAM program, ensuring that access control for our users and systems is secure, efficient, and scalable.

As a leader of a dedicated team, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to support business objectives, manage access policies, and uphold compliance with security standards. Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing and executing an Identity Strategy that encompasses both internal and external identities, including various user personas and non-human entities (agents, bots, services, etc.).
• Managing IAM technology implementations in alignment with company goals to deliver reliable access control across systems and applications.
• Leading and mentoring a small team of IAM specialists to drive secure and efficient operations.
• Implementing IAM policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Collaborating with IT and other departments to seamlessly integrate IAM requirements into business processes.
• Managing the selection and deployment of IAM tools and solutions while overseeing the operations of tools and services such as Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management, Multi-Factor Authentication/Passwordless, Identity Providers, etc.
• Regularly assessing and refining IAM configurations and workflows to keep pace with evolving security needs and industry trends.
• Conducting periodic reviews and audits, implementing improvements based on findings to enhance security and compliance.
• Providing IAM-related support for IT security measures, ensuring the protection of user data, applications, and systems from unauthorized access.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Proven experience in IAM management, including successful program execution.
• A solid understanding of IAM processes, technologies, and compliance requirements (e.g., NIST, FedRAMP).
• The ability to lead a small team with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and professional development.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, along with meticulous attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM are considered a plus.

The estimated total cash compensation range for this role is $180,000-$225,000 USD. This position is not eligible for employment sponsorship.
