Inc. is seeking a full-time Manager for Threat Management to oversee all proactive cybersecurity initiatives. You will lead a team focused on identifying threats, managing vulnerability programs, and optimizing detection capabilities using SIEM. Your work ensures top-tier security practices benefit our numerous store banners and communities. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead proactive cybersecurity threat management initiatives
• Improve vulnerability management across all in-scope assets
• Define security detection capabilities using the MITRE ATT&CK framework
• Collaborate with MSSP for threat intel and vulnerabilities
• Drive innovative threat hunting efforts to enhance early detection Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years in Cybersecurity, 6 years in Threat Management
• 2 years’ experience in team leadership roles
• Hands-on experience with vulnerability management tools
• Skilled in SIEM for threat intel data analysis
