Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and triage cyber incidents 24/7
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members
• Perform root-cause analysis for low-complexity problems
• Identify and report SLA breaches and performance trends
• Conduct quality assurance ticket reviews for gaps

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or 3-year diploma in a related field
• 1 year of security experience in a client-focused environment
• Two intermediate-level security certifications required
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
