In this role, you will conduct security assessments, penetration testing, and adversary simulations to identify vulnerabilities and help organizations improve their defensive capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Perform penetration testing on web, mobile, network, and cloud environments.
Conduct vulnerability assessments and security risk analysis.
Simulate real-world attack scenarios (red teaming) to evaluate defenses.
Identify, document, and report security vulnerabilities with remediation guidance.
Collaborate with security teams to improve detection and response capabilities.
Support security audits and compliance assessments.
Develop tools, scripts, and automation for offensive security testing.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
4 8+ years of experience in offensive security, penetration testing, or ethical hacking.
Strong knowledge of network security, web application security, and system exploitation techniques.
Experience with tools such as Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, Wireshark, and Kali Linux.
Understanding of common vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10, CVE frameworks).
Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, CEH, or CompTIA PenTest+.
Experience in red teaming or adversary simulation exercises.
Knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience with bug bounty programs or security research contributions.
