Management (HRM) Training Specialist Cybersecurity Awareness & Behavior-Based Trainer / Training Specialist Contract Position Duration : 6 months contract ( with possible extensions ) This is the targeted compensation range for this role per hour.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity awareness, behavior-based training, adult learning principles, and program execution. This individual will be responsible for evaluating vendor-provided training content, aligning learning initiatives with organizational risk priorities, and driving measurable behavior change through structured training programs and assessments.

Experience in cybersecurity awareness, human risk management, or security behavior programs Ability to align training initiatives with risk management objectives and business needs Experience designing surveys, assessments, and effectiveness measurement programs Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills Training Audit & Alignment Review existing internal security awareness and training standards Audit vendor-provided training content and map materials to audience-specific requirements Identify gaps in current training programs and recommend improvements aligned to risk objectives Program Planning & Design Develop and manage the overall training rollout plan across vendors and implementation phases Curate training modules and build a comprehensive training library Ensure training content aligns with organizational goals and target behaviors Deployment & Execution Conduct baseline testing in collaboration with designated stakeholder groups Launch and coordinate core Human Risk Management training programs across multiple departments Manage communications, scheduling, assignments, and training logistics Completed deployment of core and complementary HRM training programs Validated training effectiveness through assessments and behavioral outcomes Cybersecurity awareness and training programs Human risk management initiatives Learning and development program design Vendor management and content evaluation Focus Area: Human Risk Management, Security Awareness, Behavior Change, and Training Effectiveness Measurement Director – Talent Acquisition We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.”
