Position Overview:
Join our team as a Human Risk Management (HRM) Training Specialist. We are looking for a passionate professional with expertise in cybersecurity awareness and behavior-based training. In this role, you will drive measurable change through innovative training programs that align with our organizational risk priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive audits of existing training programs and vendor-provided materials.
• Identify gaps and recommend impactful improvements to enhance training effectiveness.
• Design and implement training rollout plans and curate a comprehensive training library.
• Conduct assessments to measure program effectiveness and track results over time.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in cybersecurity awareness, human risk management, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of behavior change methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Exceptional project management skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience in designing assessments and evaluating training programs.
