As part of the Partner Solutions team at Intact, this role involves acting as the primary liaison for reporting cyber incidents.

You will gather essential information, liaise with stakeholders, and maintain communication with leadership. Collaborating with teams involved in incident management, compliance, and legal matters is key to resolving incidents effectively. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main contact for reporting cyber incidents
• Gather incident information from Intact’s partners
• Collaborate with various teams to resolve incidents
• Maintain documentation and improve cyber resilience practices
• Conduct cybersecurity assessments of partner readiness Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in IT or equivalent experience
• 3 to 5 years in Information Security or IT
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Cybersecurity certifications considered an asset Contribute your expertise to bolster Intact’s cyber resilience while ensuring effective communication and incident management.
