Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver first-line IT support resolving employee access issues
• Manage IT support tickets and document the processes
• Investigate security alerts from internal monitoring tools
• Coordinate endpoint security measures and updates
• Automate routine IT tasks using AI solutions
Requirements:
• Enrolled or graduated in Information Technology or Cybersecurity
• Strong interest in IT support and security frameworks
• Familiarity with AI tools for task automation
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage tasks efficiently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
