Overview Assistant Professor of Information Systems – Cyber Security. Morgan State University, Earl G Graves School of Business and Management. This is a full-time faculty position.
Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr – $120,000.00/yr
Responsibilities Develop and teach online and face-to-face undergraduate and graduate level courses in Cybersecurity, data analytics, information systems and/or project management.
Conduct research, write proposals and obtain grants in areas of cybersecurity intelligence (such as forensics, threat mitigation, incident response, security analytics) and/or policy issues such as legal and privacy issues; publish in refereed journals and present research at local and national conferences; participate in professional organizations.
Participate in Department, School and University committees; engage in multidisciplinary work with faculty from diverse backgrounds.
Qualifications Earned doctorate (by August 2024) in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computational Statistics, or related disciplines such as Decision Sciences or Management Sciences with research experience in artificial intelligence or quantum computing applied to Supply Chain Management.
Demonstrated record of quality research, writing proposals, and potential for excellence in teaching. Prior related work experiences are desirable but not required.
