Drive client security excellence as a 24/7 Cybersecurity Operations Specialist. Provide expert analysis and resolution of cybersecurity incidents in a fast-paced technical environment.
This position demands a high level of expertise in Information Security, Network Security, and Endpoint Security. You’ll be responsible for addressing system crashes, providing client support, and mentoring fellow team members. Strong analytical skills and a passion for continuous improvement are crucial to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities: • Handle complex security incidents and troubleshoot effectively • Monitor systems and respond to support requests • Conduct root cause analysis for performance issues • Mentor less experienced team members and lead trainings • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a tech field • 1 year of security experience in client-oriented roles • 6 years overall IT experience including security involvement • Two relevant intermediate-level security certifications • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
