Main Responsibilities
As a Technical Sales Pursuit Lead, you will serve as the premier client-facing technical advisor and lead strategist for Palo Alto Networks’ “full-stack” cybersecurity portfolio (NGFW, Prisma SASE, Prisma Cloud, Cortex XSIAM/XDR, Prisma AIRs, etc). You will be hosted in Client`s office in Singapore and collaborating closely to drive end-to-end security transformation for large enterprise customers.
Experience / Knowledge Required
1. Experience:
8+ years of regional (ASEAN / APAC) technical sales/pre-sales engineering experience, preferably within a major security vendor or top-tier MSP/MSSP.
2. Technical Proficiency: o Network Security: Deep knowledge of Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW). o SASE/SD-WAN/SSE: Extensive hands-on experience with Palo Alto Prisma SASE or similar SD-WAN/SASE/SSE architectures.
o Cloud Security: Understanding of public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CNAPP.
o Cloud Proficiency: Experience with architecting security for hyperscale environments like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Chinese cloud (ie Tencent, Alibaba, etc).
o Security Operations: Knowledge of Cortex XSIAM/XDR, XSOAR (SOAR), and SIEM. 3. Skills:
o Business Acumen: Ability to translate complex technical features into clear business value propositions for C-level stakeholders. o Exceptional ability to influence without authority in a matrixed organization.
o Strong “player-coach” mentality, with experience in mentoring high potential talent.
