A company is looking for a SOC Quality Assurance Analyst. Key Responsibilities Assist in QA/QC duties across all SOC shifts, focusing on timely reporting and tracking of SOC issues Conduct case reviews, metrics reporting, and maintain regular QA meetings with analysts Collaborate with various teams for incident investigations and develop playbooks based on feedback from investigations Required Qualifications Minimum of three years of technical experience in security across multiple platforms and networks Preferred industry certifications such as CISSP, GCFA, GCIH, or equivalent Experience with SOC operations, scheduling, and relevant tools including SIEM and SOAR Knowledge of the incident response lifecycle and cybersecurity best practices ITIL certification is a plus
