Role Overview

The Services organization is excited to create a Senior Product Manager, Applied AI & Agentic Solutions role. You will be pivotal in discovering, incubating, and scaling AI-enabled functionalities that enrich service delivery and enhance internal operations.

This position merges product management, service operations, applied AI, and innovation in workflows. You will focus on identifying high-value opportunities where AI can substantially enhance efficiency, productivity, consistency, quality, scalability, and customer satisfaction. Your journey will take you from identifying problems to prototype validation, operational adoption, and eventually to creating durable capabilities or distinctive offerings.

Note that this is not a conventional feature roadmap role; it demands a hands-on leader who can bring structure to ambiguity, collaborate across boundaries, and convert emerging AI technologies into actionable business value.

Responsibilities
• Identify and prioritize valuable opportunities within the Services organization for AI-enhanced workflows, automation, and decision support to improve service efficiency and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Managed Services, Advisory, Support, threat analysts, and Services leadership to understand challenges and uncover impactful use cases.
• Formulate clear problem statements, target users, hypotheses, business cases, success metrics, and prioritization criteria for both internal and customer-facing AI solutions.
• Translate these opportunities into robust requirements and workflow designs that facilitate rapid prototyping and large-scale execution.
• Lead the design and validation of AI workflows, including retrieval-based systems, copilots, and operational guardrails with human oversight.
• Engage with engineering teams to prototype and test solutions in real-time environments.
• Organize prototype demos and stakeholder reviews to gather insights and accelerate decision-making.
• Utilize project management tools like Jira to track initiatives and inform prioritization and resource allocation for AI developments.
• Create evaluation frameworks to assess solution quality, trustworthiness, adoption, and operational risk.
• Assess prototypes based on operational and user metrics, making informed recommendations on whether to scale or retire solutions.
• Identify reusable capabilities to evolve into internal platforms or customer-facing services.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams for long-term ownership and wider rollouts of validated solutions.
• Design solutions with a focus on security, trust, and customer impact.
• Communicate strategy and progress effectively to Services leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Help establish a repeatable model for identifying, incubating, and scaling AI-enabled services.

Required Qualifications
• 8+ years in product management within enterprise software, SaaS, cybersecurity, or similar technical domains.
• Proven success integrating threat intelligence into products and services.
• Experience in building security-forward agentic AI projects with demonstrable outcomes.
• Delivery of retrieval systems and oversight mechanisms, with examples required.
• Background in working with engineering teams on security product management.
• Able to define success metrics linked to business and operational results, including efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Proven track record in cross-functional execution and disciplined delivery.
• Exceptional communication skills with a talent for influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ownership-oriented mindset with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in services roles such as Professional or Managed Services.
• Proven experience in building impactful AI-assisted workflow products or automation systems.
• Experience in translating internal innovations into external offerings.
• Familiarity with enterprise cybersecurity workflows and environments.
• Understanding of AI governance and quality controls in operational settings.
