Key Responsibilities

• Lead information security governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives.

• Develop and maintain enterprise cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards.

• Implement and manage cloud security controls across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments.

• Oversee security operations, monitoring, threat detection, and incident response activities.

• Conduct security risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and security audits.

• Ensure compliance with information security frameworks, standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) programs.

• Support implementation of DevSecOps practices within software development and deployment environments.

• Monitor and optimize Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve cybersecurity awareness and risk management practices.

• Support business continuity, disaster recovery, and cyber resilience initiatives.

• Evaluate emerging cybersecurity technologies, including AI-driven security solutions.

• Prepare security reports, risk assessments, and executive-level presentations.

• Lead security investigations and coordinate incident response activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Native Arabic speaker (mandatory).

• Must currently be available within the UAE.

• Strong expertise in Cloud Security and Cybersecurity Governance.

• Hands-on experience securing AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments.

• Extensive knowledge of ISO 27001 information security standards.

• Strong understanding of NIST Cybersecurity Framework and security best practices.

• Experience with SIEM platforms, security monitoring, and threat detection.

• Expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).

• Experience implementing and supporting DevSecOps security practices.

• Strong background in cybersecurity risk management and compliance programs.

• Experience leading security operations and incident response activities.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)

• CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)
