Supporting SEC OIT under the ISS contract, the full-time Senior Identity Access Management Specialist will design, implement, and operate enterprise identity and access capabilities across cloud and enterprise environments, focusing on Microsoft Entra and Zero Trust access controls. Key responsibilities Design and manage enterprise IAM architecture for secure authentication and authorization across SEC systems Implement role-based access control (RBAC), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and privileged access management controls Maintain IAM standard operating procedures (SOPs) and support audit activities, ensuring compliance and operational readiness Required qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field Minimum 8 years of experience in IAM or cybersecurity roles, with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) Demonstrated experience with identity governance, MFA, conditional access, and integration with enterprise applications Ability to obtain and maintain SEC Public Trust clearance Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as NIST, CISA SCuBA, and ISO 27001
