Role Overview: This position is for a Senior Specialist, IAM, SailPoint responsible for diagnosing, resolving, and managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) incidents involving SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM).

• Key Responsibilities: Manage incident lifecycle, create and update knowledge articles and SOPs, monitor operations, escalate issues as needed, and maintain professional client relationships to ensure efficient IAM support.
• Qualifications: Minimum three years in IAM with at least one year in Incident and Problem Management within an ITIL-managed services environment. A Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field is required; cybersecurity certifications like CISSP and ITIL are preferred.
• Skills & Knowledge: Strong understanding of IAM processes, controls, and systems, including SailPoint ISC and MIM. Familiarity with tools such as Okta, Ping Identity, CyberArk, and Microsoft Azure AD is advantageous. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential.
• Additional Requirements: Ability to work night and weekend shifts, authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
