Leading the Global Information Security Compliance Program, the full-time Senior Director of Information Security will manage compliance initiatives, oversee project portfolios related to regulatory commitments, and ensure executive awareness of compliance metrics while working in a hybrid environment. Key responsibilities Manage and report on a portfolio of projects to maintain compliance with settlement agreements and regulatory commitments Develop and lead a high-performing team to standardize processes for monitoring and reporting compliance efforts Collaborate with senior leaders to facilitate effective portfolio management and ensure alignment with legal agreements Required qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field 10+ years of leadership experience in Information Technology and/or Consulting 5+ years of experience managing complex, multifunctional technology or security initiatives 5+ years of experience in portfolio or program management and governance reporting at executive levels Prior experience with compliance programs and government or legal compliance requirements
