Seeking a Business Analyst for a 6-month hybrid role in Orlando, FL / Burbank, CA / Seattle, WA / NYC, NY, with rates up to $92.5/hr on W2. Must have 3+ years of experience in IAM, security, or enterprise systems, and strong Agile/Scrum skills. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting IAM requirements, creating user stories and use cases, conducting gap analysis, maintaining traceability matrices, supporting UAT, and mentoring junior analysts. Must be proficient with Jira, Confluence, and process modeling, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in CS or related field; certifications like CBAP or PMI-PBA are a plus. Valid work authorization is required; H1B, OPT, CPT are not accepted. The role involves stakeholder workshops, process development, and supporting implementation efforts.
