Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) to support a Global Information Security organization responsible for enterprise-wide identity and access services.
This role will support a large-scale IAM ecosystem serving employees, contractors, vendors, and external partners across multiple enterprise business units. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience gathering and documenting requirements, facilitating stakeholder workshops, supporting Agile delivery teams, and driving IAM-focused business and technical initiatives.
The successful candidate will work closely with Product Owners, Engineering teams, Security Architects, Compliance stakeholders, and enterprise business units to deliver scalable, secure, and modern identity solutions that protect critical organizational assets while enabling seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Elicit, analyze, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements for IAM platforms and enterprise security services
• Create and maintain detailed business analysis artifacts including:
• User Stories
• Use Cases
• Acceptance Criteria
• Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM)
• Facilitate structured workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews across business, IT, security, and compliance teams
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering teams to refine backlog items and define implementation priorities
• Support Agile/Scrum delivery processes including:
• Sprint Planning
• Backlog Grooming
• Refinement Sessions
• Sprint Reviews
• Analyze current-state identity and access processes and identify functional and operational gaps
• Develop process flows, data flow diagrams, and integration specifications supporting IAM implementations
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including:
• Test scenario creation
• Test coordination
• Results documentation
• Defect tracking
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and delivered technical solutions
• Mentor junior Business Analysts and contribute to BA process improvements, standards, and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting identity governance, compliance, and enterprise security initiatives
Required Qualifications
• 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting:
• IT Infrastructure
• Cybersecurity Programs
• Enterprise Application Initiatives
• Strong expertise in structured requirements documentation
• Experience developing:
• User Stories
• Use Cases
• Acceptance Criteria
• Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM)
• Strong experience facilitating workshops with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with:
• Jira
• Confluence
• Backlog and requirements management tools
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced enterprise environments
