Key Responsibilities: Monitor, research, assess, and analyze internal and customer environments for patch management Apply OS level patches using IBM BigFix and create/maintain vulnerability and patch reports Collaborate with client technical teams for issue resolution and manage log analysis and threat analysis solutions Required Qualifications: Knowledge of Windows, Unix, Firewalls, Intrusion Detection, Threat Detection Analysis, or Information Risk Management Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete tasks efficiently Technical ability to read data from specifications for identifying affected technical teams Experience in a fast-paced, high-stress support environment Demonstrated reliability and flexibility in a professional setting
