🎯 The Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Security Compliance Specialist / Information Governance Associate / Cyber Risk Coordinator to support cybersecurity governance, compliance initiatives, and operational risk management activities.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about information security, governance frameworks, cyber risk management, and helping organizations strengthen security and compliance practices.

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Support information security, governance, and compliance initiatives across teams

• Assist with cyber risk assessments, compliance reviews, and security documentation

• Monitor adherence to security policies, standards, and operational procedures

• Prepare reports, audit materials, and governance documentation

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on compliance and risk management activities

• Support implementation of security awareness and training initiatives

• Track regulatory requirements, security controls, and policy updates

• Assist with incident reporting, risk tracking, and remediation coordination

• Contribute to continuous improvement of governance and cybersecurity processes

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, IT, Risk Management, Business, or related field

• 1–4 years of experience in compliance, cybersecurity, governance, risk management, or related operational roles

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Understanding of information security principles, governance frameworks, or compliance standards

• Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication abilities

• High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information responsibly

• Familiarity with audit processes, risk assessments, or security policies is a plus

• Proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting systems, and documentation tools

• Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
