Program Overview:
The apprenticeship program combines structured learning modules, practical exercises, and real-world project involvement. The program is entirely remote, allowing participants to engage from anywhere within the United States.

Responsibilities:
Participate actively in all assigned training sessions and workshops. Assist senior cybersecurity analysts in monitoring network traffic and security alerts for suspicious activities. Learn to identify, analyze, and respond to security incidents under supervision. Support the team in performing vulnerability assessments and penetration testing. Help maintain and update security documentation, policies, and procedures. Contribute to the development and implementation of security awareness training materials. Gain hands-on experience with various cybersecurity tools and technologies. Collaborate with team members virtually to achieve security objectives. Research emerging cybersecurity threats and mitigation strategies. Assist in the configuration and management of security hardware and software. Document technical procedures and incident findings accurately. Shadow experienced cybersecurity professionals to gain practical insights.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus. Demonstrated passion for cybersecurity and technology. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies. Basic understanding of computer networks, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and IT principles is beneficial. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment. Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace. Willingness to commit to the full duration of the apprenticeship program. Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
