Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with demonstrated experience supporting or leading large scale IAM transformation programs
• Proven experience working on complex, multi stakeholder IAM initiatives in enterprise environments
• Strong experience facilitating requirements gathering and design workshops
• Expertise in creating BRDs, functional requirements, and design documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive level communication
