• Federal FFP task-order program management
• PMO governance & Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Quarterly Program Reviews & executive reporting
• FISMA reporting; cost/schedule/quality control
• Subcontractor & staffing management; risk management
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as single accountable POC with authority to commit resources
• Run the PMO, IMS, and QPRs; deliver all SOW
• 9 reports on time
• Lead the 30-day Transition-In; manage cost, schedule, quality, and risk
