About the role

We are seeking a Professional Services Manager (PSM) to lead a team of engineers delivering automation solutions within a SOAR-driven environment while remaining hands‑on in customer delivery. This is a player‑coach role, combining deep technical execution across Swimlane Platforms and automation use cases with active coaching, mentorship, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
• Contribute to customer implementations, integrations, and migrations
• Act as a technical escalation point for team members
• Coach and mentor engineers across technical and client‑facing skills
• Drive delivery quality and consistency
• Conduct performance reviews and development planning
• Partner cross-functionally across PM, TAM, and technical teams
• Support customer escalations and key conversations
Requirements
• 2+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or Technical Delivery at a security vendor, SOC/IR experience, federal Cyber Protection Team experience or a combination of the three
• 1+ years mentoring or leading engineers
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or relevant field. Year for year of relevant work experience may be substituted for the degree.
• Demonstrated experience working in Security Operations Centers (SOCs) and Incident Response (IR) processes and procedures
• A strong understanding of modern cybersecurity technologies and methodologies
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable verbally, in writing, and designing supporting network diagrams/illustrations as necessary
Preferred Experience
• Player‑coach or team lead experience
• Automation, security operations, or enterprise software background
• Experience in high‑growth environments
