Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer cybersecurity requirements and coordinate with internal subject matter experts to develop accurate, risk-based, and consistent responses.
• Assess and communicate product cybersecurity capabilities, controls, and relevant documentation in support of customer and commercial discussions.
• Partner closely with sales, legal, product, R&D, quality, compliance, and other internal teams on cybersecurity-related customer commitments, questions, and escalations, including Latin America-related engagements.
• Support the sales organization by helping translate cybersecurity capabilities into clear, customer-relevant value propositions and responses.

• Review and interpret vulnerability, architecture, and security control information as needed to support customer communications, internal alignment, and risk-based decision-making.
• Track recurring customer concerns, response themes, and support gaps to inform process improvement, strategic priorities, and better field support.
• Help improve operational consistency by identifying common response patterns, standardizing outputs, and reducing dependency on ad hoc or individual-driven support models.
• Contribute to the development of more stable, repeatable workflows for customer cybersecurity support, including intake, response coordination, knowledge management, and escalation pathways.
• Support cybersecurity-related analysis and input for customer planning, asset planning, and other business support activities, as applicable.
• Help ensure cybersecurity communications to customers are clear, supportable, and aligned with contractual, legal, and business expectations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that make cybersecurity support more scalable, efficient, and commercially effective.
