Position Overview

We are seeking a PAM Subject Matter Expert with 4–10+ years of experience to lead the design, migration, and optimization of Delinea solutions. This role is highly technical, focusing on Delinea Cloud migrations from on-prem Secret Server to the Delinea SaaS Platform. You will serve as the technical lead for privilege elevation, session management, and automated account onboarding.
Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Migration: Lead Delinea Cloud migrations from on-prem to SaaS/Platform; design architectures for Secret Server and Server Suite.
• Engineering: Configure password vaulting, session recording, and privilege elevation across Windows/Linux environments.
• Integration: Connect Delinea with Active Directory/Entra ID, ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira), and MFA solutions.
• Automation: Develop PowerShell or REST API scripts for automated account onboarding and maintenance.
• L3/L4 Support: Provide expert-level troubleshooting for authentication, vault access, and performance tuning.
• Compliance: Enforce least privilege and credential rotation policies in alignment with SOX, PCI, and NIST standards.

Required Technical Skillset

• Delinea Core: Expert-level Delinea Secret Server (On-prem & Cloud) and Delinea Server Suite.
• Cloud Migration: Proven experience migrating PAM workloads to the Delinea Platform/SaaS.
• Infrastructure: Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Linux/Unix server security.
• Scripting: Strong proficiency in PowerShell (preferred) or Python/REST APIs.
• Identity: Deep expertise in Azure AD / Entra ID and hybrid IAM architectures.
