A company is looking for a IAM / PAM Technical Program Manager. Key Responsibilities Drive execution of PAM initiatives across multiple teams, managing technical dependencies and timelines Coordinate the delivery of Delinea Server Suite into production, ensuring readiness and resolving execution challenges Maintain an integrated program plan and RAID log, leading status meetings and ensuring stakeholder readiness for PAM capabilities Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technology-related field, with a minimum of 4 years in Information Technology, or 6 years without a degree 5+ years of experience in technical program management supporting cybersecurity, IAM/PAM, or infrastructure security initiatives Demonstrated experience in driving execution across cross-functional teams and managing dependencies Strong understanding of PAM concepts and experience with program management artifacts Experience in regulated environments with awareness of audit and risk management expectations
