PAM Implementation Specialist – CyberArk to Delinea Migration –
Required Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Identity Security, Privileged Access Management and enterprise security transformation initiatives
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in PAM/IAM engineering including privileged access governance, policy-based access controls, and identity security
• Strong hands-on expertise with PAM platforms such as CyberArk, Delinea, Keeper, or similar enterprise PAM solutions
• Experience executing PAM transformation and migration programs, preferably CyberArk to Delinea migrations
• Strong understanding of:
• Password rotation
• Session monitoring and auditing
• Privileged account discovery
• Secrets management
• Service account onboarding
• SSH key management
• Experience with REST APIs, PowerShell, Python scripting, and enterprise automation frameworks
• Experience integrating PAM solutions with enterprise platforms such as:
• Microsoft Entra ID
• SailPoint
• ServiceNow
• SIEM and logging platforms
• Experience with AI-driven automation, Agentic AI frameworks, AI Agents, or multi-agent orchestration models for enterprise security operations is highly preferred
• Experience building or integrating AI Agent-based workflows, orchestration frameworks, or autonomous workflow automation for IAM/PAM operations is a strong plus
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework, Zero Trust principles, and identity threat protection
• Experience securing privileged access across hybrid and cloud-native environments including AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and DevOps ecosystems
• Strong understanding of compliance, audit readiness, least privilege principles, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls
Key Responsibilities
• Lead PAM transformation and migration initiatives from CyberArk to Delinea platforms
• Design and implement enterprise PAM architecture, onboarding workflows, and privileged identity governance controls
• Develop automation-driven onboarding and migration workflows using APIs, scripting, orchestration tools, and AI-assisted operational models
• Collaborate on the implementation of AI/Agent-driven PAM onboarding, migration, and operational workflows using orchestration and automation frameworks
• Implement and manage:
• Password vaulting
• Session recording and auditing
• MFA integrations
• Privileged session controls
• Secrets lifecycle management
• Drive integration of PAM/IAM platforms with enterprise identity systems, cloud platforms, and operational tools
• Conduct risk assessments, security audits, and privileged access reviews
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, DevOps, and application teams to modernize privileged access controls
• Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, regulatory, and audit requirements
