Role: PAM Engineer
Location: USA (Any Location) – Hybrid (2 Days Onsite)
Mandatory Skills
• Strong experience with BeyondTrust Password Safe
• Hands-on expertise in BeyondTrust Privileged Remote Access (PRA)
• Experience in HashiCorp Vault administration and configuration
• Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts and best practices
• Experience with credential vaulting, session management, and privileged account onboarding
• Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills
• Experience working in enterprise production environments
• Good understanding of security, compliance, and identity management principles
Mandatory Certifications
• BeyondTrust Certification (Password Safe and/or PRA)
• HashiCorp Certified: Vault Associate
Key Responsibilities
• Implement, configure, and support BeyondTrust Password Safe solutions
• Deploy and manage BeyondTrust Privileged Remote Access (PRA)
• Configure, administer, and maintain HashiCorp Vault environments
• Manage privileged accounts, credential rotation, password policies, and secure access workflows
• Support secure remote vendor and third-party access management
• Perform PAM onboarding, policy configuration, access controls, and integrations
• Monitor PAM infrastructure and resolve incidents/issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams for PAM integrations
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and audit requirements
• Provide operational support, maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting for PAM platforms
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience integrating PAM tools with Active Directory, LDAP, SIEM, or IAM solutions
• Knowledge of CyberArk, Delinea, or other PAM platforms is a plus
• Experience with scripting/automation using PowerShell, Python, or Shell scripting
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work in EST time zone support model
