The Role

– Defend insureds and self-insured entities in civil liability claims
– Handle full case lifecycle: pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, settlement negotiations
– Appear at court hearings, arbitrations, and trials
– Collaborate with partners on strategy and client communication

Compensation & Perks

– Up to $230k (DOE; strong for market level)

Must-Haves

– 2+ years of insurance defense litigation experience
– Active California Bar license
– JD from an accredited law school (top 100 preferred)
– Strong litigation fundamentals: research, drafting, discovery, case management
– Client-facing demeanor and collaborative mindset
