About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Security Architecture, Managing Director to lead the establishment and scaling of a secure-by-design operating model. This senior cybersecurity leader will be responsible for embedding cybersecurity requirements into technology design, engineering, and delivery processes across the enterprise. The role involves defining and maintaining security standards, baselines, and reference architectures to ensure consistent and resilient security outcomes in various environments, including cloud, SaaS, infrastructure, data, application, and emerging AI-enabled environments. The successful candidate will also drive the adoption of threat modeling, lead security architecture and design reviews, and partner with technology teams to integrate security into the technology ecosystem.
Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 15 years’ experience in large-scale cybersecurity architecture, engineering, security operations, or technology transformation, with a preference for at least 5 years in a cybersecurity leadership position. Deep expertise in security architecture, secure design, threat modeling, and modern engineering practices is essential. The role requires a strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, SaaS platforms, APIs, and emerging AI/LLM technologies, as well as experience in establishing security baselines and patterns at scale. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and scaling secure-by-design programs and will be adept at leading a global, remote team. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, including executive management and the Board of Directors, are also key requirements.
