Overview:

• The client is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Leader to join a growing Cybersecurity & Risk Advisory practice focused on scaling modern security capabilities across enterprise clients.
• This leadership role blends business development, client delivery, and team leadership, with a strong emphasis on driving revenue growth, expanding cybersecurity offerings, and building next-generation Cyber + AI capabilities.
• This individual will play a critical role in shaping and delivering cybersecurity programs while developing trusted relationships with executive stakeholders. The role supports the evolution of modern security operations, including AI-driven security solutions, GenAI governance, and emerging cyber risk capabilities.
• The ideal candidate is a strong player-coach who thrives in a highly consultative, client-facing environment and can operate effectively across both strategic sales and complex delivery engagements.

Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end sales efforts, including pipeline generation, deal pursuit, closure, and delivery oversight.
• Build and expand client relationships across cybersecurity, risk, and compliance domains
• Lead delivery of complex cybersecurity programs ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies within existing client environments.
• Shape and scale go-to-market cybersecurity offerings, packaged solutions, and frameworks.
• Apply expertise across key cybersecurity domains including: Identity & Access Management (IAM), Data Security, Cloud Security, Threat & Vulnerability Management, Zero Trust, and Resilience.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align cybersecurity initiatives with broader business objectives.
• Mentor and lead teams to deliver measurable, high-impact client outcomes.
• Support the build-out of emerging AI security and GenAI governance capabilities.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity, risk, or information security.
• Prior consulting experience within a professional services, advisory, or technology consulting environment.
• Proven success owning both sales and delivery responsibilities across the full client lifecycle.
• Strong business development capabilities with demonstrated experience generating and closing new business.
• Deep expertise in Cyber Risk, Compliance, Governance, and Vulnerability Management.
• Experience working with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO, FFIEC, and related standards.
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate technical risk into business value.
• Experience leading large-scale cybersecurity engagements and client programs.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Significant experience in cybersecurity advisory, risk management, or information security.
• Demonstrated success in client relationship management and consultative selling.
• Experience delivering cybersecurity programs end-to-end.
• Knowledge across core cybersecurity domains including IAM, cloud security, data protection, and threat management.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to mentor teams and drive engagement success.
• Proven ability to balance business development and delivery leadership responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to AI security, GenAI governance, or AI-enabled security operations.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, CCSK, CEH, or cloud/AI certifications.
• Experience building cybersecurity offerings, accelerators, or go-to-market solutions.
• Existing client relationships and/or book of business.
• Strong executive presence and consultative leadership style.
• Hunter/Farmer mentality with the ability to both create new opportunities and grow existing accounts.

• Able to hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up time.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity while helping build structure and scalable processes
• Strong blend of: Hunter mentality (new logo acquisition / pipeline creation) & Farmer mentality (account expansion and revenue growth).
• Deep domain credibility across cybersecurity, risk, and compliance.
