Lead Network Penetration Tester

Seeking a Lead Network Penetration Tester to oversee network security projects and manage a security team.

This hybrid role requires local candidates and involves testing wired, wireless, and AWS cloud infrastructure, excluding hardware security or Cisco routers.

Key responsibilities include leading penetration testing, identifying vulnerabilities, developing test plans, analyzing results, mentoring team members, and collaborating across departments to enhance security.

Technical skills needed are expertise in network protocols, advanced testing techniques, knowledge of Windows, Linux, Unix, scripting (Python, Bash), AWS, firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and Active Directory. OSCP certification is preferred.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s in CS or Security, 7+ years in network testing, 2+ in leadership, strong analytical and communication skills, proven leadership ability.
