To support a growing multi-cloud environment, the remote contract Lead IAM Specialist will architect and operationalize an enterprise identity and access management program, focusing on zero trust security architecture and policy-as-code implementation across AWS, Azure, and GCP.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and enforce IAM least-privilege models and lead zero trust initiatives across multi-cloud environmentsDevelop a comprehensive metadata tagging strategy and build reusable IAM modules for service access patternsEmbed IAM guardrails and policy-as-code controls into IaC templates and CI/CD pipelines for secure provisioningRequired Qualifications10+ years of experience in IAM, cloud security, or identity engineering rolesProficiency with CSPM tooling, specifically Wiz, for inventory and compliance reportingDeep expertise in AWS multi-account governance and IAM least-privilege design patternsProven experience leading zero trust initiatives and embedding IAM guardrails into IaC and CI/CD pipelinesHands-on experience securing microservices architectures in cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP
