IT Security Operations Director, responsible for providing enterprise-wide leadership for Security Operations in a full-time role, overseeing security operations engineering, incident response, and vulnerability management. Key Responsibilities Lead Security Operations, including strategy, governance, and measurable outcomes Oversee incident response coordination and operational security tooling across the enterprise Develop policies, procedures, and standards to support operational security and incident management Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in information technology, cybersecurity, or related field Seven or more years of progressive information security experience with leadership responsibility Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA preferred Experience with common information security management/compliance frameworks Proven ability to manage multiple efforts concurrently and work effectively at all organizational levels
