Working remotely anywhere in the United States, the full-time Sr. Manager, Information Security Governance Risk and Compliance will oversee the evaluation of technology, information security, and data risks, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations while providing risk-based insights to senior management. Key Responsibilities Build and implement Technology, Information Security, and Data Risk Assessment frameworks for banking products and services Review and oversee product and technology strategies, ensuring compliance with internal risk thresholds and regulatory requirements Define and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to information security and technology risk Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related technical field 7+ years of overall experience, with 5-7 years in Money Movement, Banking, or Fintech environments Demonstrated technical depth and ability to engage with Product Managers and Engineers on design and architecture Strong analytical and documentation skills, with the capability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively Ability to clearly articulate issues and recommendations to support risk awareness and decision-making
