Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Security Administrator to support, enhance, and evolve our Identity and Access Management (IAM) security programs with emphasis on Privileged Access Management(PAM) and Identity Governance and Administration(IGA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and perform the day-to-day operations of our Identity and Access management team
• Assist engineers with troubleshooting, maintenance, enhancements, of our existing toolset.
• Work with Audit and Security Teams to ensure IAM processes are compliant with controls and standards

Required Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in IAM, preferably in PAM or IGA related projects
• Proficiency with IAM tools and technologies such as PAM, IGA, IdP, Directory Services, etc.
• Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts (e.g., authentication, authorization, provisioning, SSO, MFA).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira)
• Understanding of IT compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, NIST).
• Working knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

Industry certifications such as CIAM or CIDPro are a plus
