IAM Analyst – CIAM/CIMP 💰 Salary: $110,000 – 125,000 per year

📝 Rquirements:
– We require 3–5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management in enterprise, public sector, or government settings.
– We need hands-on experience with identity lifecycle activities, including provisioning, deprovisioning, onboarding, offboarding, access requests, and access reviews.
– We seek experience supporting IAM program development, implementation, enhancement, or modernization.
– We require strong capability in developing IAM policies, procedures, SOPs, and governance documentation.
– We expect knowledge of role-based access control, entitlement management, access governance, and least-privilege access principles.
– We require hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD or a similar enterprise IAM platform.
– We need experience integrating IAM solutions with enterprise applications, business systems, and IT workflows.
– We expect a solid understanding of IAM frameworks, access control models, and Zero Trust principles.
– We require experience with process analysis, workflow mapping, gap analysis, and process optimization.
– We need the ability to identify IAM risks, control deficiencies, and operational inefficiencies.
– We require strong documentation skills for technical materials, process flows, governance models, and user procedures.
– We expect the ability to collaborate effectively with IT, security, compliance, and business stakeholders.
– We require strong communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into IAM solutions.
– We prefer relevant IAM certifications such as CIAM, CIMP, or similar credentials.
– We prefer experience supporting IAM initiatives in state government, federal government, public sector, or regulated environments.
– We prefer experience with access certification, identity governance, privileged access management, or Zero Trust implementation.
– We prefer familiarity with compliance-driven environments and audit support.
– We prefer experience creating IAM roadmaps, maturity assessments, or governance frameworks.
– We prefer a bachelors degree.
– We require 5 years of experience in identity and access management.
– We require CIAM/CIMP certification.

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are:
– We support the development, implementation, and advancement of our IAM program.
– We handle identity lifecycle operations such as user provisioning, deprovisioning, onboarding, offboarding, access requests, and access reviews.
– We develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, governance materials, and Standard Operating Procedures.
– We assess current IAM processes, uncover gaps, document risks, and recommend practical improvements.
– We support role design, entitlement management, access governance, and least-privilege access models.
– We work with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD or comparable enterprise IAM platforms.
– We assist with integrating IAM solutions into enterprise applications, systems, and business workflows.
– We document IAM process flows, technical requirements, governance models, workflow diagrams, and operational procedures.
– We support IAM controls aligned with Zero Trust principles and enterprise security frameworks.
– We partner with IT, cybersecurity, compliance, application owners, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into IAM solutions.
– We participate in access reviews, process improvement efforts, and IAM risk remediation activities.
– We provide clear written and verbal updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
