Product Manager:

B&A is looking for a Product Manager to join a contract with a federal government client in support of an important mission. The Product Manager defines product vision and priorities, ensuring PeopleSoft and related enterprise applications meet mission and stakeholder requirements.
Prioritize backlog based on mission value, risk, and technical readiness.
Participate in PI planning and support Agile team execution.
Bachelor’s degree in any field/major OR Three (3) additional years of IT experience without a degree.
Five (5) years as a SAFe RTE, Product Manager, Product Owner, or Scrum Master.
At least one (1) year of experience as a Product Manager.
Skill in prioritizing backlogs based on mission value and risk
Experience supporting Agile/SAFe ceremonies (e.g., PI Planning)
SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification.
PMP or Scrum Master certification.
Security Clearance

~ Must hold an ACTIVE ACTIVE Top-Secret Clearance either with an SCI or SCI eligibility.
