A growing startup is seeking a hands-on security leader to serve as CISO. This role involves designing and managing the security operations infrastructure, ensuring compliance with FedRAMP and SOC 2, and working directly with both technical teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in security operations, a strong cloud security background, and the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.

A hybrid work model is offered, with a preference for candidates in the NY/NJ area.
