Join Our Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Team!

Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate alarms, initiate security patrols, or promptly alert emergency services as necessary.
• Assist company employees with all safety and security-related concerns.
• Monitor the travel safety and security of employees globally.
• Continuously review various systems and sources to identify potential risks.
• Notify and coordinate corporate responses through the distribution of advisories and updates.
• Compile and submit daily and incident reports.
• Effectively manage various incidents, from minor issues to major global crises, following established procedures.
• Provide back-up support and on-call assistance as needed.
Additional Duties:
• Undertake related assignments and special projects as required.
• Gather data and prepare reports on individual and team performance metrics.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Licensing may be necessary based on state or local laws.
• Successful completion of a background investigation and a pre-employment drug/alcohol test is a condition of employment.
• Associates degree or 2+ years of experience in Military, Law Enforcement, Government, or Corporate Security is preferred.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English fluently.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Team-oriented and collaborative spirit.
• Comfortable navigating a high-tech work environment and eager to adapt to new tools and innovations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and willingness to assist with overtime when required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in a security operations center or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, International Relations, Emergency Management, Political Science, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
• Familiarity with security systems such as alarm monitoring, electronic access control, and CCTV.
• Supervisory experience, particularly in a security capacity.
