Key Responsibilities
• Continuously monitor CCTV, global access control systems, and alarms to swiftly identify and respond to security incidents.
• Evaluate intelligence reports, assess threats, and share actionable insights with stakeholders to enhance safety.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary to ensure effective incident management.
• Document all security events and incidents meticulously for future review and improvement planning.
• Ensure optimal functioning of all security systems, troubleshooting technical issues with hardware or software as they arise.
• Conduct regular system tests and backups to maintain data integrity and system reliability.
• Assist in developing and refining emergency procedures and protocols to ensure readiness.
